ABOUT OUR POLICY

Our privacy policy informs you how we collect and process the data received from you from the Undo application, associated products and website.

When you create an account through the Undo application, the Undo account you create is a Malkarak OÜ account. The following information is relevant to using the Undo application, and your account.

It is Malkarak OÜ’s policy to respect your privacy regarding any information that we may collect while operating our websites and applications. We do have some fundamental principles when collecting your personal information:

  1. We don’t ask for your personal information unless we need it.

  2. We don’t share your personal information with anyone except to comply with the law or protect our rights.

  3. We don’t store personal information on our servers unless required for the on-going operation of one of our services or as is required by law.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016 we are required to take certain measures in order to protect your personal information when we collect and store that information.

WHO WE ARE

Under the GDPR we are considered a ‘data controller’. As a data controller, these are our company details:

YOUR DATA, WHAT IS COLLECTED, HOW WE USE IT & HOW IT IS PROTECTED

We collect and process the following data about you:

  • When you login: we collect your email address and the date of account creation in order to process and verify your Malkarak OÜ account.

  • When you subscribe: we collect your name, email, subscription status and the date of creation to administer the account and provide the Undo application.

  • When you complete forms or surveys: we collect this information to create particular content within Undo or other relevant Malkarak OÜ services and products that may be of interest to you.

  • Your use of the application, tracks played and content viewed: we collect this information to, a) inform you of your statistics, and b) enable us to analyse particular content within Undo or other Undo services and products to improve the product we provide to you.

  • Search, communications, features and use: we collect information about how you searched for Undo, how you respond to communications from Undo, what Undo features you use, and the actions you take while using the application or website in order to enable us to implement, update and improve content and marketing within Undo services and products.

  • Device information: we collect information about your device (e.g. your device type, IP address, browser, operating system, etc.) for system administration, so we can analyse and implement changes to the business model or marketing.

  • A record of any correspondence between us: we collect this to help us improve our service.

YOUR DATA

Undo account: When you subscribe you provide payment details connected to the app store.

You can delete your Undo account at anytime within the application. Deleting your account will remove your account and all your details from the Undo app. Account deletion cannot be reversed.

Undo mailing list: The Undo mailing list is different to your Malkarak OÜ account. All users with Malkarak OÜ accounts will receive emails.

By default you opt in to receive marketing emails about Undo when you sign up for your Malkarak OÜ account.

Anonymous data: We use anonymous data to improve the product, analyse and implement changes to the business model or marketing. Anonymous data about how the Undo community are using the app is gathered through a third party analytics service (e.g. Google Analytics, iTunes connect). It is currently not possible to opt out of this.

PROTECTION OF YOUR DATA

Technical protection: We take appropriate precautions to protect your information. When you submit information on our website, your information is protected both online and offline. Any transfer of data online is done securely using HTTPS and your data is stored by a third party provider, which meets the expectations of data protection under the GDPR in Europe and globally.

We have the necessary technical and organisational measures in place to protect any personal data accessed or processed by us against unauthorised or unlawful processing and against accidental loss or destruction or damage. We have taken reasonable steps to ensure the reliability of any of our staff who may have access to the personal data processed as part of the services offered.

Appropriate security measures including secure networks, password protection, and HTTPS controls are used where applicable to protect the transmission of information between Malkarak OÜ and any third parties. Disc encryption, password protection, and HTTPS controls, together with server-side encryption with managed keys, where appropriate, are also used to protect the storage and processing of information that is considered at risk, due to its classification and where other controls do not provide adequate protection.

Processing of your data: As the data controller, we use third party companies to process some data (referred to as Data Processors). Malkarak OÜ discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only to those of its employees, contractors and affiliated organisations that (i) need to know that information in order to process it on Malkarak OÜ’s behalf or to provide services available on Undo, and (ii) that have agreed not to disclose it to others. Some of those employees, contractors and affiliated organisations may be located outside of your home country; by using Undo, you consent to the transfer of such information to them. The third party companies we use meet the requirements of GDPR processing.

Malkarak OÜ does not rent or sell potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information to anyone. We only disclose potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only when required to do so by law, or when that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of Undo, third parties or the public at large.

By supplying your email address, you agree that Undo may send you an email from time to time to inform you of new features, to seek feedback, or keep you up to date with what’s happening with other Undo products.

Malkarak OÜ takes all measures reasonably necessary to protect against the unauthorised access, use, alteration or destruction of potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information. No remedy or redress can be provided to users if the privacy policy is not met.

DISCLOSING YOUR INFORMATION

We are allowed to disclose your information if we have a legal obligation to do so, or in order to protect other people’s property, safety or rights. We can also exchange information with others to protect against fraud or credit risks.

YOUR RIGHTS

The GDPR laws give you the right to:

  • erase your data,

  • correct your data;

  • access a copy of your data free of charge, and

  • access a copy of your data which is in a portable format.

CHANGES AND UPDATES

Although most changes are likely to be minor, Malkarak OÜ may change its Privacy Policy from time to time, at our sole discretion. If any major changes are made we will email you. Your continued use of Undo after any change in this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such change.
