My main goal in using the app was to help me have a more peaceful relationship with myself, and part of that was to help me understand why I had a tendency to drink alcohol habitually every weekend and why, at 55 and having done so much inner work and therapy, I couldn’t say no. I’ve now not had a drink for 7 weeks and don’t even crave it! I’ve finally learnt to sit with my feelings and be more patient in processing them. Amazing

I had been having tightness in my chest for weeks and when I got it checked out the doctor said it was stress. Every night I would get into bed, lie down and relax and the tightness would come.
