FREE TRIAL AND BILLING

1. Free trial. Nothing is charged for 7 days. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing.
2. After the trial. Your plan starts on day 8 and is charged to the card you gave us. Monthly is $33 a month. Annual is $300 a year. All prices in AUD.
3. Plans renew automatically until you cancel.
4. You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing us. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.

THE GO DEEPER GUARANTEE

5. Who it covers. The annual plan, bought directly from Undo. It doesn’t cover the monthly plan, or the Trauma Series bought on its own.
6. When you can claim. 60 days after your free trial ends, if your meditation isn’t deeper than it was, you then have 14 days to claim.
7. What you need to do. Use the app for 15 to 30 mins a day most days in that time. If you decide you haven’t meditated deeper than ever before, you can claim. We check your app use before approving a claim.
8. Your choice. A one-to-one session with Matthew Zoltan (45 mins valued at $300 AUD), or a full refund of your annual fee. One or the other, not both.
9. The session. Held online, 45 minutes booked within 14 days of your claim. If you choose the session, your annual plan carries on.
10. The refund. Paid back to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your access ends when the refund is made.
11. How to claim. Email hey@undoapp.com with “Go Deeper Guarantee” in the subject line, and tell us about your lack of depth in meditation and which option you’d like.
12. One claim per person.

YOUR RIGHTS

13. This guarantee is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and the consumer laws where you live. It doesn’t replace or limit them.
